Using Michael Foods Inc. technology, we now operate a new 33,000 square foot egg processing facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is our intention to ensure that Trilogy products remain the leader in the egg products market, and to that end, we expanded production to include pre-cooked frozen egg products as well as many other innovative ideas.
